Questions
Can points be spent at all branches of the pharmacy?
Yes. You choose: points are spent only at the branch that gave them, or at all your branches.
Does the customer need the app?
No. The pharmacist enters the customer's mobile number and the amount; the points are saved on that number and are waiting when the customer signs up.
What do I pay?
An annual subscription per branch; a branch added mid-year pays only for the rest of that year. The value of the points you give is charged to you and comes back when customers spend them with you. Full prices are on the home page.
Who is responsible for the points?
You are. The points are your shop's loyalty programme: you set their value and validity and you honour them, and Pointy is the platform you run it on.
