Points that bring customers back next season

A customer who bought from you this season and has points with you will start with you next season.

Example: a 1,200 EGP invoice at 5% cashback = EGP 60 = 600 points for the customer, spent as a discount with you.The rate is just an example; you set it in the merchant dashboard.

Returns handled properly

If a customer returns an item, points come back in proportion. If they already spent them, you decide: they pay, or you absorb it.

Questions

A customer returned part of an invoice. What happens to the points?

They come back in proportion to the returned amount. A 1000 EGP invoice with 300 EGP returned takes back 30% of the points.

Can I give points without an invoice?

Yes, 'direct cashback', a separate permission you give to the staff members you choose.

What do I pay?

An annual subscription per branch; a branch added mid-year pays only for the rest of that year. The value of the points you give is charged to you and comes back when customers spend them with you. Full prices are on the home page.

Who is responsible for the points?

You are. The points are your shop's loyalty programme: you set their value and validity and you honour them, and Pointy is the platform you run it on.
