How much is a point worth?
A point is worth 10 piasters. So 100 points = EGP 10 off.
Where can I spend my points?
At the shop that gave you the points, or its branches, depending on how the shop has set it up. The app shows exactly where each batch of points can be spent.
Do points expire?
Yes. Each batch has a validity period set by the shop (usually a year), and the app reminds you before it runs out.
Do I have to download the app?
No. The cashier can add points to your number even if you haven't signed up, and they'll be waiting for you when you register with that number. You can also use Pointy in your browser at app.point-y.com.
I own a shop. What exactly do I pay?
An annual subscription for each branch; a branch added mid-year pays only for the rest of that year. The value of the points you give is charged to you, and comes back to you when the customer spends them at your shop. Featured and campaigns are optional.
